nicely done, I like the idea of the stairs for the keyword sink.the sketchup model 1 looks a bit simple to me, it would be more interesting to see some organic shapes other than "push & pull". Texture brings good result on model, but kinda stuffy.
P.S.
Texture would look nicer with slender lines, picked up a 0.2 pen myself the other day...
